A weekly mountain bike program for beginner kids aged 9 and up.

This 6 week riding kids mountain bike program is for the beginner child who want to improve their mountain bike skills and join other like minded kids to ride for fun. The sessions will be 2 hours and run from 4pm until 6pm every Wednesday evening for 6 weeks. Kids will be accepted from aged 8 – 11.
During the course, each participant will learn about body position on the bike, gear selection, braking, climbing and cornering. The ratio of instructor to participant will be 1 to 5 for optimum learning, safety and fun and all instructors will be qualified in First Aid and will be a certified PMBIA Member.

What you will need:
A bike with disc brakes and front suspension equipped with off road tires that fits the child properly.
Knee and elbow pads recommended.
A backpack or hip pack containing snacks, a drink and spare tube.
A water bottle on the bike, if not in the pack.
All parents will need to sign a waiver and fill out a Medical form at the first session.
